This Privacy Policy describes how this application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service, including any features that integrate with the Instagram Platform / Meta APIs.

• Information you provide: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, your mobile phone number if you separately opt in to text alerts, account identifiers, and any content you choose to share with the App.
• Information from connected services: when you authorize the App to connect to Instagram or other Meta products, we may receive basic profile details, account ID, and media or content that you explicitly grant access to, in accordance with the permissions you approve.
• Usage information: technical data such as access times, pages viewed, and general diagnostic information used to operate and improve the App.

3. Email & SMS Communications

Email newsletter. When you subscribe with your email address, we send you the "Rankings Drop" newsletter — weekly rankings, scores, and related updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Email delivery and contact storage are handled by our email service provider, GetResponse (see "Third-Party Services").

Text messages (SMS). Providing a mobile phone number is entirely optional and is never required to use the App or to receive the email newsletter. If you choose to provide your number and check the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Town Team Baseball at that number, such as weekend score alerts and ranking updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using any part of the service.

• Message frequency varies based on game and ranking activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email address below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is shared only with the messaging providers that help us send those messages on our behalf.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the App (such as our email and messaging providers), under confidentiality obligations and solely to provide services to us.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.

If you connected an Instagram or Meta account, you can revoke the App's access at any time through your Instagram or Facebook account settings under "Apps and Websites."

To request deletion of any data associated with your account, contact us using the email address below. We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time frame.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party platforms, including GetResponse (email delivery and contact management), the Instagram Platform, and Meta APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
